STEAKHOUSE PORK CHOPS

Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine Signature Steakhouse Rub & Seasoning and Sunset Seasoned Salt; season both sides of room temperature chops. Let sit for 10 minutes. Place pork chops on grill and cook for about 15-25 minutes depending on thickness, until internal temperature reaches 150°F on an instant-read food thermometer. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Brush with your favourite Sunset Gourmet Grilling Sauce in the last few minutes of grilling.
